A Victorian tortoiseshell slope top needle case, hinged cover enclosing ivory stepped divisions, silver coloured metal cartouche, height 5.5 cm, c.1850. In very good order, minor nibble to the tortoiseshell base as can be seen in the photograph. Complete with two packets of Lund's Needles.
