Order and Delivery Information

All items can be paid for immediately through PayPal using a credit card or a debit card. PayPal is very easy to use, secure, completely free and will not incur any additional costs. Your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, PayPal will email a receipt for the transaction. We despatch your item as soon as payment has cleared and will email you with tracking information.

ALL ITEMS ARE SENT FREE IN THE UK. International buyers, please contact us for details.

We are also happy to accept cheques drawn on UK banks in Sterling. If you choose to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Linda Tinker Antiques, and send it to:

Postage and Shipping

All items posted will require a signature on delivery, as we only use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail "Signed For" on all items. Postage and Packaging are provided to our customers free of charge. Items are packed with great care. However, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt of the parcel. A receipt with full details of your purchase will be included in your parcel, which may be useful for insurance purposes.
We only use Royal Mail International Signed For Service on any items shipped overseas.

Returns Policy

As Sellers committed to offering reliable, competent and friendly service, all our items are offered in good faith and described to the best of our knowledge.To ensure clients enjoy risk free shopping, we operate a 100% purchase price money back guarantee if you are unhappy with your purchase. Postage costs cannot be refunded and the buyer must pay return postage costs. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your goods; prior notice should be given by email. Provided items are returned in good, undamaged condition in the original packaging, the full purchase price will be refunded. Should returned items be found to be damaged, a percentage of the purchase price will be withheld. No returns will be accepted after a period of 7 days in the buyer’s possession. All items should be returned to the above address.
